Simon is an experienced archaeologist who has worked in the profession since 2003 and in Devon since 2005. He is one of two directors at AC Archaeology and has coordinated numerous development-led archaeological projects across the South West and beyond. His work includes numerous investigations of all types, scale and period in Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Cornwall, Wiltshire and beyond. Simon has published widely in regional and national journals and has also led and coordinated many public outreach and community archaeology projects.

In recent years Simon continues to work with clients such as Vistry, National Grid, the National Trust, Dartmoor National Park Authority, Exeter Cathedral, Glastonbury Abbey and Wessex Water.
